How to export your calendar:

📱 Google Calendar

  1. 1Go to calendar.google.com and find your calendar in the left sidebar under "My calendars"
  2. 2Click the three dots (⋮) next to your calendar name to open the options menu
  3. 3Select "Settings and sharing" from the dropdown menu
  4. 4Click "Export calendar" to download a ZIP file, then extract it to get the .ics file

📧 Outlook Calendar

  1. 1Open Outlook and click the Settings (⚙️) button in the top right corner
  2. 2In the Settings menu, navigate to Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar
  3. 3Select your calendar and set the permissions, then click "Publish"
  4. 4Click the generated ICS link to download your calendar file

🍎 Apple Calendar (Mac)

  1. 1Open the Calendar app on your Mac
  2. 2Click on the calendar name you want to export in the left sidebar to select it
  3. 3Go to File → Export → Export... in the menu bar
  4. 4Choose a location and save your calendar as an .ics file
